At Welsh-Weigh we have devised a healthy eating plan which you can choose to follow in the way that suits you best, and therefore in the way that you are most likely to stick to. Our food plan has been nutritionally approved and we can offer you all the support and encouragement you need to follow the plan.

 Welsh-Weigh Director Kerry Maddison  has over 19 years experience in the weight loss business and recognises the need for an organisation which places the emphasis on people rather than rules and regulations.

Each member is treated as an individual and there is lots of support during the meeting talk time. We also aim to help members understand and overcome any emotional eating habits, thus treating the cause of being overweight, as well as the symptoms.
